Leila Nauman

At just 15 years old, I’ve built my life around my passion for horses, equine wellness, business, and barrel racing. I’m a dedicated horsewoman who is always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and become better for the horses I work with. I am certified in Equine Myofascial Massage, Equine Nutrition, and Red Light Laser Therapy for horses, along with additional education and training in equine wellness and performance. I’m passionate about understanding the horse as a whole and learning how nutrition, bodywork, recovery, and proper care can contribute to a horse’s comfort and performance. Outside of my equine education, I run my own business, Ruby’s Rodeo Beads, where I create and sell custom beaded equestrian tack and accessories. Building my own business has taught me a lot about creativity, responsibility, customer service, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I’m also an active barrel racer, giving me firsthand experience with the demands placed on performance horses. Being both a competitor and an equine wellness enthusiast allows me to look at horses from multiple perspectives not just as athletes, but as individual horses with their own needs. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished at 15, but I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. I’m constantly learning, pursuing additional certifications, growing my business, and working toward becoming the best horsewoman I can be.
